What is Gralendar?
Gralendar (Group Calendar) is a simple to use, yet powerful cloud-based calendar that you can access from anywhere and at any time. In addition, you can share the calendar with others (family, coworkers, everyone in the world!) so that they know what you are up to.
Can others see my Gralendar?By default, no, but you can choose to allow others to see your Gralendar. You can also make your Gralendar public, which allows anyone to see it. You can give people view-only access, or allow them to add to or make changes to your Gralendar. For example, if you have a Gralendar for your child, you may share it with the child as well as the grandparents. The child can be given change privileges, while the grandparents only get to view it.
Can I have more than 1 Gralendar?Yes! Create a Gralendar for every member of your family, or create a home Gralendar and a work Gralendar for yourself. Create Galendars for any groups you belong to that you want to share scheduling information for. Examples include a sports team game schedule, a book club meeting schedule, or a cub scout den meeting schedule.
Can I view multiple Gralendars in one place?You can combine multiple Gralendars into a single view. They can be Gralendars that you have created, public Gralendars, or any Gralendar that has been shared with you. For example, you can create a separate Gralendar for each member of your family, then create a combined view that includes them all. This allows you to see everyone's schedule in one place, but keeps everyone separate so that you can manage and edit each family member's Gralendar individually. When creating a combined Gralendar view, you can color code each Gralendar's schedule for easy differentiation.
Can I share my Gralendar with someone who doesn't use Gralendar?Yes! All you have to do is enter their email address, and they will get an email from us with a link to see your Gralendar. They don't need to register or sign up.
